All our components are selected thoroughly and extensively tested before delivery. Still we cannot rule out that occasionally problems might occur. If you pay attention to the following points, we can carry out the repair fast and smoothly.
Return in 5 steps:
- Download the Service-repair form our website:

- Fill out the form completely, print it and add it to your return consignment.
- To ensure safe shipment use the original packing or other sturdy packing materials. Please understand that we cannot assume liability for damages in transit.
- Before you ship your device make sure to backup your data. We cannot assume liability for lost data.
- If your system is password-secured, please delete it or tell us. Otherwise we will reset your password.
Please note:
- Please affix stamp. If your shipment's postage is not sufficiant, we will send it back at your expense.
- Claims for compensation for damages during transport, which are not covered by our insurance, are to be addressed directly to the transport company.
- If we receive systems without or with an incomplete description of the malfunction, we reserve the right to charge service allowance.
